Are you passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential through personality assessment? We're seeking a skilled and experienced MBTI Certified Professional to join our team and provide personalized insights and guidance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment to individuals and groups or similar Assessments.
- Interpret assessment results and provide in-depth insights into personality preferences, communication styles, and decision-making processes.
- Offer guidance and support to clients based on assessment outcomes, helping
them leverage their strengths and navigate challenges effectively. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the assessment process, ensuring a supportive and empowering experience for clients.
Qualifications:
- Certification in MBTI administration required or any such relevant qualification
- Experience in psychometric testing, personality assessment, or related field preferred but not mandatory, hence fresher’s may also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
- Additional certifications or training in counseling, coaching, or related areas a plus.
- Basic Computer skills including word, PowerPoint and Excel will be an added advantage
Job Description:
